I use a range of treatment models when working with clients, drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and narrative therapy while using trauma informed and attachment based approaches. I have found that it’s important to be flexible and collaborative in the therapeutic process to best meet the needs of each client as they work towards reaching their goals.
